Day01: Arrival in Kathmandu:
Representatives from ‘Keen Adventures’ will be there at the Tribhuvan International Airport, waiting for you with a nameplate holding your name as you land in Kathmandu. He will pick you up and drive you all the way to the hotel where you will freshen up. A briefing regarding your tour package will be made and you will spend the peaceful night at the comforting bed of the hotel.
Day 02: Visit World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu:
There are altogether 10 natural and cultural heritage sites in Nepal out of which Kathmandu Valley alone is blessed with 7 World Heritage Sites. Full day guided tour will initiate by taking a short trip to Pashupatinath Temple Complex which is one of the World’s most revered Hindu Pilgrimage Site dedicated to Lord Shiva- The god of destruction. The tour continues through Nepal’s biggest Buddhist Stupa at Bouddhanath to Monkey Temple which is locally known as Swoyambhunath and being discovered more than 2000 years ago makes it the world’s oldest Stupa in the World. The tour lengthens to Basantapur Durbar Square premises which include Hanumandhoka Durbar and the abode of Living Goddess Kumari.
Day 03: Sightseeing Tour of Bhaktapur and Patan:
Third day tour entails unlocking marvels at Patan aka City of the Fine Arts. The visits include exploring Patan Durbar Square and Shikhara fashioned stone temple dedicated to Lord Krishna hence named Krishna Temple.
Day 04: Drive to Pokhara and Visit to Davis Fall and Shiva Cave:
A scenic drive of 5 hours through Prithvi Highway with majestic snow-clad peaks, paddy fields, rivers and terraces at the background will lead us to Pokhara where after short refreshment at the hotel, we will get immediately engaged in sightseeing as we will stop by Devi’ Fall, commonly called Patale Chhago as the cascading waterfall here enters directly to the underworld through crevices of the stone. The tour for the day will conclude by taking a short trip to Shiva Cave.
Day 05: Full Day Pokhara Sightseeing
Along with wakeup call, we will leave the bed and hurry over to Sarankot Hill perched high above Pokhara which offers the finest sunrise view over the Annapurna Himalayan Range.
Spectacular views of Nilgiri, Dhaulagiri, Dhampus, Hiunchuli and Machhapuchhre are all anxiously anticipating your visit. So you would better hurry as Sarankot has recently added yet another feather to its hat. Sarankot is increasingly becoming the hotspot for paragliding. 5th day of Kathmandu Pokhara Tour also covers visiting Mahendra Cave and artistic marvel of World Peace Stupa. Evening is the perfect time to engage in boating in Fewa Lake and visiting the astounding Barahi Temple which locates amid the fence of deep Phew Lake.
Day 06: Drive to Kathmandu:
5 hours drive should be enough to take you back to Kathmandu from Pokhara. We will stop by Malekhu to try its famed fish dish before continuing the journey via smooth Prithvi Highway. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 07: Departure:
It’s the day to part our ways. We will bid goodbye and our representative will assist in your last moment preparation and then drop you back at Tribhuvan Interbational Airport which will convey you to your desired next destination. We hope to serve you again. Farewell!!!! –
